The Nei-Kuan point is located underneath your first finger in between the two wrist (flexor) tendons.
Position the button facing inward over the Nei-Kuan point. Repeat the process for the other wrist.
One band must be worn on each wrist to be effective. Effectiveness may vary with individual patient characteristics. May take up to five minutes to become effective, but usually lasts as long as you wear the bands. Greater relief can be obtained by applying finger pressure directly to the button. The morning sickness band should only be used on the Nei-Kuan point. Use at any other location will not relieve nausea.
The morning & motion sickness wristband may be washed with mild detergent in warm water up to five times. Replace when the bands no longer fit snug around the wrist.
