Where is my order?
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You get an order confirmation by email the same day, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once the parcel leaves the warehouse.
If tracking has not moved, email us with your order number and we will chase it.
Shipping
United States
- Free USPS Ground shipping inside the continental United States on orders of $75 or more, before taxes
- Orders under $75: flat rate $6.95
- Expedited: flat rate $14.95
Canada
Rates and rules vary, so contact us before placing your order. Customs or duty charges may apply, and those are not something we can predict or cover.
Returns and exchanges
Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase. Items need their tags attached, their original packaging, and to be unwashed. We provide a prepaid return label for returns inside the United States.
For an exchange, return the original item and place a new order.
For returns from Canada, the customer covers the shipping cost.
Sizing and fit
Sizing shifts through pregnancy and the first months of feeding. These go size by size.
